Flagship Initiative
Uplift Darvin
The initiative that started everything. Uplift Darvin is a direct-support and community-building project in the Dominican Republic focused on connecting disabled youth with education pathways, leadership development, and international opportunities. It proved that one person's story can become a community's transformation.

Inquiry & Referral Network
Our flagship service connects disabled youth and young adults with vetted programs, organizations, and opportunities matched to their individual goals. Submit an inquiry and we'll do the research for you.
Mentorship Matching
Pairing disabled youth with mentors who have lived experience navigating education, careers, and leadership as disabled people. Because representation in mentorship matters.
International Opportunity Access
Identifying and adapting international programs — study abroad, fellowships, exchanges — to be accessible for disabled youth. We handle the research; you handle the adventure.

Leadership Fellows Program
A cohort-based leadership development program for disabled youth ages 16–24. Applications opening soon.

A partnership program certifying employers who meet UPLIFT'D's standards for genuine disability inclusion in hiring and workplace culture.

A searchable, community-curated database of disability-inclusive programs, accommodations, and organizations — built with input from disabled youth.
